Basketball Camp Announced for June 1 & 2 at Sports Academy
Youth Performance Improvement Program
Classes for 5th to 11th Grade Athletes (boys and girls) Begin Monday, April 13
Raise your level of play! Become a better athlete! Reduce injuries! The Youth Performance Improvement Program will improve overall athleticism. Athletes will improve: speed, strength, power, agility, flexibility and conditioning. Each 75 minute session consists of movement preparation, core strength, speed, agility, plyometrics, strength training, and Flexibility. Improved athleticism will allow specific sport skill to improve to a higher level.
Register for classes at the Academy beginning Friday, April 10 from 11AM to 9PM.
Attend a class with your FLEXIBLE PERFORMANCE CLASS card. Classes offered on:
Saturday 9:00 am to 10:15 am
Registration for APRIL & MAY continues this week!
Stop by the Academy this week on Monday through Thursday and sign up your kids for the Hoops Spring Semester. You will be able to sign up each day from Noon to 9PM. The Spring Semester will begin Monday, April 6th and end May 22nd. Then in June the Summer session will begin. Below are the Fundamentals Classes and the Spring "Flexible Skills Classes being offered. We will add classes as needed.
Fundamentals Classes Available for K-3rd grade are as follows:
Fundamentals 1A • K-1st / Mondays 4:15PM to 5:15PM (7 Sessions / $70 for April & May or $60 one time pay / FULL )
Fundamentals 2A • K-2nd / Mondays 5:15PM to 6:15PM (7 Sessions / $70 for April & May or $60 one time pay / Limit 12 )
Fundamentals 3A • K-2nd / Tuesdays 4:15PM to 5:15PM (7 Sessions / $70 for April & May or $60 one time pay / Limit 12 )
Fundamentals 4A • 1st-3rd / Tuesdays 5:15PM to 6:15PM (7 Sessions / $70 for April & May or $60 one time pay / Limit 12 )
Flexible Intermediate Basketball Skills Classes for 3rd to 6th Graders:
Perfect for the multi-sport athlete who wants to keep improving his/her basketball skills while they compete in baseball and soccer during the Spring session.
These classes will be offered with flexibility in an effort to accomodate multi-sport athletes. Classes may be attended on a punch pass basis. We will offer age group specific classes and you choose the days to attend on a weekly, or even daily-drop-in basis. We just ask that you purchase a multiple use punch pass. Choose to attend one time a week or four times per week. Punch passes are available for one hour classes and are avialable for 7 sessions, 14 sessions and 21 sessions. Punch Passes for these classes will be good beginning Monday, April 6, 2015 and expire on Thursday, May, 21, 2015. Below is the schedule of classes. A 7 visit punch pass (equivalent to coming once a week) will cost $70. A 14 visit punch pass (equivalent to coming twice a week) is $140. A 21 visit punch pass (equivalent to coming three times a week) will cost $170.
